W&W Dairy offers a wide variety of cheeses that will satisfy your needs. We stand behind everything that we make because all of our products are of the highest quality which will leave everyone wanting more!

Welcome to W&W Dairy
For over 10 years, we have provided delicious Mexican style cheeses throughout the United States. We primarily sell to distributors, who then sell to grocers and restaurants around the country. David Webster, one of the owners of W&W Dairy, learned how to make Mexican cheese directly from the source, a small manufacturer in Mexico. We now offer timely delivery, private labeling and authentic tasting cheeses.
CHEESES we currently
offer include:
Cotija: A "hard cheese" that is typically referred to as the "Parmesan of Mexico". Cotija cheese is strongly-flavored and very firm and oftentimes used in Hispanic cooking similar fashion that Parmesan cheese is used in Italian cooking, sprinkled on top of salads, vegetables and casseroles for flavor enhancement.

Queso Del Rey is a premium Hispanic cheese brand produced in our own dairy located in Monroe, Wisconsin. We're proud of our 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that is strategically located in the heart of Wisconsin's dairy region. This gives us access to the broad technology infrastructure and expert support needed to efficiently produce the best products with competitive prices. Most importantly, our plant's location gives us the ability to purchase the raw, Grade A milk, with a minimum of transportation costs that must be added in to the final product. All these pieces together give the retailer an excellent product for an excellent price.
